Full flat renovation in Wimbledon

The brief

The owners wanted the whole flat brought up to one standard in a single programme rather than room by room over several years: a kitchen worth cooking in, a calmer living space opening onto the outside, a bathroom with some character, and the bedrooms and hallway finished to match.

What we did

Full strip-out, then a complete new first fix behind the finishes: plumbing, drainage and electrics. The kitchen was rebuilt around a deep-blue run of units with a central island and a stone worktop; the living room was replastered, decorated and fitted with new flooring; the bathroom got textured tiles, a freestanding bath and a dark stone basin; the bedrooms were panelled and decorated; and the hallway and internal doors were finished in a deep charcoal to tie the rooms together.

The result

One programme, one site team and one handover: certificates issued, snagging walked together and the flat cleaned on the last day on site.
