Home renovation in Bermondsey

Bathroom and flat renovations in Bermondsey, Shad Thames, Borough and Rotherhithe, in warehouse conversions, new-build blocks and Victorian terraces.

The homes
A mix of converted warehouses around Shad Thames and Bermondsey Street, modern apartment blocks along the river and towards Canada Water, and Victorian terraces and council-built estates inland. Warehouse flats bring concrete floors, long drainage runs and strict freeholder rules; new-builds often have poor-quality original bathrooms that fail early.
Good to know
Most blocks require a licence to alter from the freeholder or managing agent before works start, with working hours limited to weekdays; we prepare the method statement and insurance documents for that. Southwark CPZs cover the area; parking and skip placement are arranged in advance, and for riverside blocks we plan deliveries around loading bays and lift bookings.

What we do in Bermondsey

Our recent Bermondsey job was a complete bathroom renovation in a flat: strip-out, new plumbing and electrics, boarding and tanking, tiling, installation and decoration, run on a written programme with a site pack for the team in English and Ukrainian.

Flats are our specialism

We renovate bathrooms, kitchens and whole flats across SE1 and SE16, and handle the freeholder paperwork, lift bookings and neighbour notices that come with blocks. Every quote is priced three ways: like-for-like, standard with a full new first fix, and individual with layout changes and special fixtures.

Also covering Borough, Elephant and Castle, Rotherhithe and Canada Water.
