Home renovation in Docklands

Flat renovations in Docklands, Canary Wharf, Limehouse, Wapping and the Isle of Dogs, in riverside apartments and warehouse conversions.

The homes
Riverside apartment blocks from the 1980s onwards, converted warehouses in Wapping and Limehouse, and newer towers around Canary Wharf. Older blocks have bathrooms and kitchens at the end of their life; warehouse flats have concrete floors, exposed services and freeholder rules to respect.
Good to know
Almost every building requires a licence to alter and restricts working hours and lift use; we prepare the method statement and insurance documents and book lifts and loading bays. Parking is controlled and skips are rarely possible, so waste goes out by van. Tower Hamlets CPZs apply on the surrounding streets.

What we do in Docklands

Bathrooms, kitchens and full flat renovations in apartment blocks, including the freeholder paperwork, lift bookings and working-hours rules that come with them. We have worked in riverside developments on the Isle of Dogs and know how these buildings run.

How we run a flat renovation

A written tender with a room-by-room breakdown, a programme of works with the payment plan, and an FMB contract. A project manager, a WhatsApp group and progress reports every week or two. Finish materials chosen by you or sourced through our procurement service.

Also covering Canary Wharf, Wapping, Limehouse, Poplar and Royal Docks.
